SOLUTIONS ENGINEER

Biography

Gabrian graduated in 2018 with a degree in Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering from Deakin University. During his degree he grew a strong interest in engineering simulation, and had realized the benefits of simulation in engineering design. Gabrian built up his experience of calculation and simulation of heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and structural design through various research projects within and out of university. He was awarded "Best Student in Mechanical Engineering” for the 2018 Academic Year at Deakin University before graduating and working as a research collaborator.

At Conflux

Gabrian is our Solutions Engineer, working closely with Design and additive manufacturing department, Gabrian’s role involves understanding the client’s design requirement and translating that into a heat exchanger design that meets client’s target performance. He first joined Conflux in 2019 as our Calculations Engineer working on calculation and simulations of additive manufactured heat exchangers.  Gabrian operates Conflux cluster to run CFD and FEA simulations to assist in design of Conflux AM heat exchanger.

"Design freedom unlocked by Additive Manufacturing (AM) can bring formerly inconceivable designs into reality. Combining AM Design freedom with first principal calculation and simulation produces highly functional and efficient thermal solutions. "
